Is it better to take L-tyrosine at night before bed or can it be taken in the morning if one is trying to optimize Growth Hormone?


 L-tyrosine is best taken without food, usually 30 minutes before eating. I do not recommend taking it at night or even in the evening because L-Tyrosine can be quite stimulating. Ideally, take upon rising before breakfast and before lunch if you're taking a divided dose.
