How do I add Non-fasting Insulin to the software?

We do not provide a "non-fasting" insulin. All of our interpretations, HOMA2 calculations, etc., are based on Fasting Insulin. It would be best to put the Non-Fasting Insulin into the Report Notes and do not try to add it to the software.
