The treatment plan is built from scratch each time based on a new set of lab test results. These new lab results will generate a new list of Health Concerns, from which a new treatment plan is built. The new treatment plan is agnostic of "old labs".
We do have a concept of "Patient History" as a filter. The user can click that on the bottom left, and it will bring up any product previously "prescribed" by the user for that patient. It does not sort by health concern but is an excellent way to quickly re-prescribe a supplement used before.
